Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- PT licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission
- Strong clinical competency, diagnostic understanding, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and collaborate effectively
- Perform evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans
- Implement and manage therapy techniques and coordinate patient care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses and treatment outcomes
- Document treatment and progress accurately and timely
- Assist with departmental operations, equipment maintenance, and staff training
- Support organizational initiatives and participate in team activities
