We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide acute care across multiple hospital departments, including Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU, and ICU step-down.

- Assessing and treating an average of 12 patients per day, with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
- Mentoring and training therapists, including new graduates, to develop acute care skills
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and education
- Participating in a structured clinical ladder with opportunities for certification-based pay increases
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
