Physical Therapist - PRN, Days

Role Overview: This position involves planning, implementing, and managing individualized physical therapy treatment programs, conducting evaluations, and designing care plans tailored to patients' diagnoses and backgrounds. It provides supervision, mentorship, and guidance to Physical Therapists, Assistants, and Students, ensuring compliance with regulations and hospital policies.

• Responsibilities include: Performing assessments, interpreting exam results, setting treatment goals, and adjusting plans as needed.
• Implementing a variety of therapy techniques with creativity, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and educating patients and families about diagnoses and long-term outcomes.
• Documenting all care activities accurately and timely, participating in team and staff meetings, and assisting with departmental operations and equipment maintenance.
• Providing supervision and feedback to staff and students, supporting department initiatives, and ensuring productivity standards are met.
• Fostering a professional, respectful environment and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current PT licensure, clinical competency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. No prior experience required.

Supervisory Role: Non-management, reporting to a supervisor or manager.
