We are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and serve as a key resource within the therapy department.
Responsibilities Include
- Evaluating patient conditions and identifying their needs.
- Creating personalized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals.
- Assessing home and work environments, recommending modifications to promote independence.
- Training patients and caregivers on the use of specialized equipment.
- Documenting patient progress for evaluation, billing, and reporting purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Preferably one year of experience in home health, acute care, or inpatient/outpatient settings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
