Contract Recruiter
Onsite in Fall River, MA - must live within 35 miles
6-month contract with possible extension
Pay Rate up to $50.00 an hour based on skills and experience
Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity to support hiring within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across a variety of operational and professional roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or light industrial industries and will thrive in a collaborative, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for a variety of roles within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing techniques.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Support multiple business units and hiring managers while effectively managing competing priorities and changing business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or light industrial environments is required.
- Candidates may come from either an agency recruiting or corporate talent acquisition background.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and high-priority searches simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing competing priorities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant recruiting experience.
