About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and light industrial hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in fast-paced environments. Candidates with agency recruiting experience are strongly preferred, although corporate recruiting experience will also be considered.
About the Role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring deadlines.
- Stay current on industry hiring trends and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, light industrial, or manufacturing positions.
- Experience working in either an agency recruiting environment (preferred) or a corporate Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Agency recruiting experience with high-volume hiring.
- Experience recruiting for operations, production, engineering, supply chain, or technical roles.
- Knowledge of recruiting within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, iCIMS, or SuccessFactors.
Pay range and compensation package
6 Month contract
