Core responsibilities
- Interpret schematics and line diagrams to plan layouts and wiring
- Assemble electrical components and hardware with hand/power tools
- Route, terminate, and label wiring with accuracy and neatness
- Independently deliver complete panels that pass internal quality checks
- Support production with light metal fabrication when required
Qualifications required
- 3 years in panel building or panel wiring
- Ability to read electrical schematics and line diagrams
- Experience working with industrial power (3-phase, 480V)
- Proficiency using hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred credentials
- Technical degree or certification
- Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Light metal fabrication experience

Hours and overtime
- Regular schedule: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Frequent overtime during busy periods (to ~5:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays)
Compensation & benefits
- $29 – $34 per hour
- Contract-to-hire opportunity (about 6 months)
