Circuit Design and Controls Engineer

• Create and refine electrical components and system architectures across multiple projects.
• Assess feasibility and analyze project requirements to ensure optimal performance before build.
• Integrate electronics seamlessly with mechanical assemblies and embedded/software systems.
• Verify and validate designs through structured testing that meets industry standards and regulations.
• Deliver technical support and root-cause troubleshooting for in-service electrical systems.
• Document design methods, specifications, and test data for future reuse and traceability.
• Scan the horizon for new technologies and trends that can improve results.

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).
• Proven experience in electrical design and development within a similar industry.
• Strong command of electrical systems, circuit design principles, and control systems.
• Comfort with key tools: AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice (or equivalent).
• A track record of rigorous problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a team-first, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
