Maintenance Technician

Location: Rockledge, FL

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Rockledge, FL. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving production equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs, 3-phase motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance programs.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Diagnose issues involving PLC-controlled equipment and assist with troubleshooting automation systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair 3-phase motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, relays, and electrical circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Complete work orders accurately and document maintenance activities within the CMMS system.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
• Repair conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, motors, valves, hydraulic systems, and other industrial equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety policies.

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase motors and industrial electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and completing maintenance work orders.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.
