Must Haves:

• 4 Years Production Leadership Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience handling clerical Items like PTO Requests, Timesheets, Disciplinary Actions

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators and team leads to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production KPI achievement, proactively addressing issues and adjusting resources to meet production targets.
• Assign and coordinate daily work activities, staffing, and line priorities to maximize productivity and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor workforce attendance and staffing levels, including approving PTO requests and arranging coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
• Review and verify employee timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Address employee performance and conduct concerns through coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary processes when necessary.
