Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment to eliminate unscheduled downtime.
- Rebuilds parts, fabricates materials, and updates prints to maintain and upgrade equipment as required.
- Interprets blueprints, schematics, electrical ladder diagrams, and exploded parts diagrams.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanically inclined – welding/fabrication, conveyors, packaging equipment, rollers, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatic, motors, gearboxes, mixers
- Electrically inclined – diagnose and repairing equipment up to 480V, PLCS, HMI’s, VFD’s, servo motors, sensors, electrical schematics, etc.
- Exposure to automated equipment/high speed production environments is a plus
