OCONUS Electrical/ TSS Superintendent - Active Top Secret Clearance Required

AED Stratecon is seeking a full-time Electrical / TSS Superintendent to manage daily field operations for overseas construction projects in Europe and the Middle East. This role oversees onsite activities, contractor performance, and schedule compliance while ensuring work meets U.S. construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractor performance onsite.

· Ensure contractors submit required documentation and complete work within established timelines.

· Provide look ahead schedules and reports to upper management on site electrical progress

· Manages and oversees the required security systems that allow field personnel to perform restricted work on US Government international projects.

· Troubleshoot technical issues to TSS System campus-wide

· Manage tools inventory and dispensing.

· Work cooperatively with the quality control department in addressing defects and code violations.

· Maintain regular communications with project staff to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.

· Oversee construction across multiple trades, including electrical, TSS, materials, and finishes.

· Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and U.S. construction practices.

Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of supervisory field experience in construction.

· Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and industry standards.

· Experience managing multi-discipline construction work; resume must reflect relevant trade experience.

· Overseas Building Operations (OBO) experience

· Experience in Department of Defense or Department of State construction projects

· Experience in NEMA, UL electrical type material

· Experience in NFPA70E codes and standards

· Experience in direct labor supervision (instead of subcontractors)

· Experience in a technical or hands-on role, preferably in the security or electronics field

· Familiarity with common alarm systems and troubleshooting techniques

· Active Top Secret security clearance.
