As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and medical procedures. Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and treatments as instructed by the medical team
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Encourage independence and participation in activities
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Preferred CNA/Active License
- BLS/CPR Certificate
- TB and MMR immunizations
- Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Med Passer experience required
- PCC experience preferred
