- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and requests
- Deliver food to patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with kitchen duties, including cleaning and sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop and implement nutritional meal plans, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a dietary aide
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
- Ability to operate cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances
- Ability to successfully operate cooking equipment
