Job Description:
- Develops comprehensive lesson plans for security-related and de-escalation training programs.
- Maintains and updates training schedules to ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Coordinates and facilitates training sessions for staff and security personnel.
- Monitors compliance with department policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
- Assesses training needs and designs programs to address specific job competencies.
