Job Description:
Leads the analysis of vendor proposals, formulates the project plan, coordinates vendors, builds and conducts tests, and tracks project progress. Applies expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to manage moderate-sized projects. Works independently within technical areas, applying in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies as appropriate. Understands architectural issues and factors them into decisions and recommendations. Understands customer requirements and their impact on the technical direction of a solution. Maintains knowledge and awareness of the unit's products, services, and basic business processes, determining the role technology can play to support success. Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost effective use of resources. Anticipates how technology enhancements will affect other business areas and assesses tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs. Uses tools to document progress and project plan. Helps customers define requirements, clarify current and future technology needs, and determine how to best meet their needs. Other duties as assigned. Works directly with senior users in defining new application requirements, resolving project issues, and developing business strategies. Analyzes cross-technology and cross-platform issues, evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions.

Pay Range:
$68, $126,889.48
