Our Administrative Coordinator works a full-time schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
In this office support role, you'll work closely with our leadership to handle the behind-the-scenes administrative work that keeps our business successful! You'll have your hand in various vital aspects and take the initiative to oversee documentation maintenance, internal coordination, strategic account support, and more. Precision, organization, and attention to detail are crucial.
Attentively, you'll help prepare, organize, and track contracts, files, correspondence, and more while ensuring all information is accurate. With a polite and professional attitude, you'll work with internal sales, operations, and accounting teams to meet deadlines, oversee contract renewals, and meet the key milestones that keep our business thriving!
Qualifications
Ideally, we'd prefer that our Administrative Coordinator have some experience in an administrative or office support role, but it's not required. Here's what we're looking for:
