Job Description:
- Participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships across all levels.
- Coordinates and supports all logistics for leadership development and clinical programs, including course enrollment, space planning, catering requirements, technology setup, materials support, completion tracking, program evaluations, CEU support, and vendor processing.
- Captures and maintains enrollment and completion data, updating learning management tools as needed.
- Provides classroom support and manages training materials and supplies for all programs.
- Ensures technical resources, training materials, and supplies are available and prepared in advance.
