Warranty Campaign Coordinator - Fountain Valley, CA
Pay: $31-$34/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support automotive service campaigns and field actions in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle campaign launches and ensure readiness across North America
- Review technical documentation, service procedures, and campaign requirements
- Analyze vehicle data, parts usage, and campaign scope for accuracy
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and safety teams
- Support parts availability and inventory planning for campaign execution
- Track campaign progress and provide insights to support decision-making
- Ensure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and vehicle applications
- Assist with urgent field actions and high-priority initiatives
