Remote Diagnostic Service Platform (RDSP) Specialist - Contract Opportunity
Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $93,600 - $103,792 annually
Position Type: Long-Term Contract with Potential for Permanent Employment
We are seeking an experienced RDSP Specialist to support the operation, training, and continuous improvement of a Remote Diagnostic Service Platform (RDSP). This role is ideal for professionals with technical experience in the transportation industry who enjoy data analysis, system support, and end-user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support the Remote Diagnostic Service Platform (RDSP)
- Analyze, prepare, and deliver data-driven reports to support business objectives
- Provide end-user support and technical training to maximize platform adoption
- Develop training materials and documentation for RDSP users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements
- Support multiple projects while ensuring high-quality service and communication
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of technical experience within automotive, trucking, aviation, or related transportation industries
- Required experience with CAN (Controller Area Network) systems
- Previous training or instructor experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Physical & Work Requirements
- Onsite attendance required in Fountain Valley, CA
- Occasional travel to meetings and site visits
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to lift and carry light loads up to 20 pounds
