Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s legal and compliance framework while supporting business growth. This position will oversee the contracting process from initial intake through execution, guide complex negotiations, identify and mitigate risk, and ensure business practices align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. The role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to promote a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability.

What You Will be Doing:

• Lead the contract lifecycle from initial request through final signature, including reviewing, negotiating, and managing customer, supplier, and employment agreements.
• Monitor regulatory and legal requirements and translate them into practical policies, procedures, and business practices that reduce organizational risk.
• Oversee compliance activities involving areas such as customs, export controls, data protection, anti-corruption, and ethical business conduct.
• Build and maintain effective compliance programs, tools, processes, and management systems, including conducting periodic internal audits.
• Partner with executive leadership and employees across the organization to provide compliance guidance, deliver training, communicate emerging risks, and support informed business decisions.

Experience You Will Bring:

• Strong working knowledge of commercial and business law, regulatory requirements, customs and trade compliance, and relevant industry standards such as DIN and ISO.
• Demonstrated experience managing contracts, negotiating business agreements, and identifying potential legal and commercial risks.
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with databases or compliance management systems.
• Excellent business English communication skills; additional language capabilities are a plus.
• A confident, solutions-oriented approach with strong negotiation, communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities, along with the resilience to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
