What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Technician position at Advantage Technical?
Pay Rate: $36.00/hour 6% Night Shift Differential ($2.16/hour)
Bonus: 4% Annual Bonus
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 4x4 Rotating Schedule
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electronic equipment and instrumentation
- Calibrate sensors, controls, and monitoring devices used in manufacturing processes
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and work instructions
- Support process control equipment and implement system improvements with engineering and production teams
- Perform inspections, audits, and verification of production line setups
- Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records in computerized systems
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, aerial lifts, and pallet jacks
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout, and NFPA 70E standards
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electronic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
