- Manage executive calendars, meeting agendas, and conference calls for global leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations for heavy travel schedules.
- Plan and organize meetings, events, and leadership offsites with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Interface with suppliers and external parties to schedule operational and strategic meetings.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
- Be available on-call to support executives while traveling, using electronic communication tools.
- Assist with facilities coordination, including seating arrangements and suite management.
- Manage office supply requests and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a global organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to support executives outside standard business hours as needed.
- Play a key role in global leadership operations and organizational success.
- Work onsite in Auburn Hills at a dynamic, collaborative environment.
