The Warehouse Associate is crucial for maintaining the flow of the warehouse, ensuring that products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, managing inventory, and preparing products for installation. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, moving the product by hand or with forklifts
- Organize stock within the warehouse and ensure areas are kept neat and tidy
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing inventory levels to ensure ready availability of products
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Assist in the preparation of orders for installation, staging goods in a time-efficient manner
- Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures and wearing protective equipment as required
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet and exceed business goals
- Respect and uphold standards of confidentiality and professionalism within the workspace
- Regular and reliable attendance

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety measures
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity required for handling, packing, and securing materials
- Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Primarily in the warehouse with exposure to elements such as dust and noise
- Required to wear safety gear and adhere to all safety protocols related to warehouse activities
