Job Summary
The Production Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily production and administrative operations by ensuring documentation, scheduling, and workflow processes are completed accurately and efficiently. This position works closely with production teams, office staff, and contractors to maintain organization, support communication, and ensure projects remain on track.
Success in this role means documentation is processed accurately, schedules are maintained and updated, and administrative support contributes to smooth and efficient production operations.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- File contract invoices and occupied work order service forms.
- Maintain and organize office archive files.
- Compile work orders and invoices for distribution to contractors.
- Monitor schedules for changes and ensure updates are accurately reflected.
- Provide administrative support to office and production staff.
- Support coordination between office and field teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support production and operational processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when addressing challenges.
- Experience in construction, production, or homebuilding environments.

- Mobility: Frequently required to move throughout the office or job site to access files, materials, or equipment.

- Manual Dexterity: Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment, including typing and using a mouse.
- Vision: Ability to review documents and identify differences in quality and accuracy.
