JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate is crucial for maintaining the flow of the warehouse, ensuring that products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, managing inventory, and preparing products for installation. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, moving the product by hand or with forklifts
• Organize stock within the warehouse and ensure areas are kept neat and tidy
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing inventory levels to ensure ready availability of products
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
• Assist in the preparation of orders for installation, staging goods in a time-efficient manner
• Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures and wearing protective equipment as required
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet and exceed business goals
• Respect and uphold standards of confidentiality and professionalism within the workspace
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety measures
