Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring for an Aftermarket and Service Manager in the Greenville, SC area. The qualified candidate for this position will have 5 years in aftermarket, service, or operations roles within automation, robotics, intralogistics, or industrial equipment. Additionally, experience working with or supporting AMRs, AGVs, or similar automation technologies is highly preferred!
Our client is offering a strong starting salary, in addition to employment benefits that are 100% company paid by the company for the employee (health, dental, and vision insurance; 401k with company match).
Experience
- 5–10 years in aftermarket, service, or operations roles within automation, robotics, intralogistics, or industrial equipment
- Experience working with or supporting AMRs, AGVs, or similar automation technologies
- Proven track record of building or growing a service/aftermarket business
Commercial Skills
- Strong understanding of installed base monetization and lifecycle services
- Experience with service contracts, SLAs, and recurring revenue models
- Ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities (upgrades, expansions, retrofits)
Leadership
- Experience building and leading service teams in a growing environment
- Ability to develop both technical and customer-facing capabilities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (sales, engineering, operations)
Operational and Technical Skills
- Experience with field service operations, scheduling, and performance management
- Familiarity with AMR systems, software troubleshooting, and mechanical systems
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and service management tools

- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel to client sites 30-50% of the time
