Qualifications
- Technical degree or training in industrial engineering, vehicle technology, mechanical or production engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
- Alternatively, a degree in business administration with strong technical aptitude and project management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Work Experience
Several years of experience in international or global industrial/technology environments, ideally within sectors such as:
- Transportation and railway
- Automotive
- Commercial vehicles
- Vehicle construction
- Aerospace
- Machine tooling or complex industrial systems
Demonstrated background in:
- Technical sales (OEM and/or aftermarket)
- Key account management
- Project acquisition, project management, and cross‑functional coordination
- Customer relationship development and customer acquisition
- Product management, product marketing, and portfolio management
- Business development, market analysis, and benchmarking
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes-from lead generation to delivery.
- Skilled in coordinating across engineering, purchasing, production, quality, customer support, training, and external partners within a matrixed environment.
- Experienced with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, ERP/CRM systems).
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, with a structured and strategic mindset.
- Professional, persuasive communicator capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- High level of initiative, commitment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
- Confident and optimistic approach, with the courage to take calculated risks and drive results.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
