Sales Rep - Corrugated Packaging, High Graphics and Sheets

Salary: Base 80k - 130k

Company Summary: Our client is a corrugated packaging and sheet manufacturer with state-of-the-art technology in high graphics packaging. They offer corrugated packaging, graphics packaging, sheets, bulk packaging and roll stock. They offer design, mechanical packaging, and testing facilities. Their Atlanta testing facility simulates real-world environments providing customized solutions to analyze entire supply chains for customers. The team is looking for an experienced Sales Rep for the Atlanta, Columbia SC and Greenville SC territory. The position will focus on building new business relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and cold calling, as well as corrugated packaging.

The Sales Rep has these key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet individual and company goals
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
• Cultivate and grow relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
• Manage pipeline opportunities and log all activity in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Maintain consistent prospecting efforts and follow-up activities
• Provide market insights and feedback on industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded

The Sales Rep should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferably 2 or more years of manufacturing outside sales experience
• Preferably experience in corrugated packaging, graphics packaging and/or printing (flexographic, digital, offset) or converting industries
• Proven success in a sales role with strong outreach and cold calling capabilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to work across departments and project teams
