OUR CLIENT IS: A growing company is hiring a Fleet Maintenance & Operations Manager to help shape the future of its fleet operation. This is not about stepping into a fixed system. This is about helping create one.

What You Will Lead
• Help hire, train, and develop the team, then, Grow and guide your team of mechanics
• Build processes, workflow, and maintenance plans
• Work with leadership to shape the department – INCLUDING the new shop building which is set to break ground shortly.
• Support planning of a new shop and future growth AND Keep operations safe, organized, and consistent
What You Get
• $90,000 to $120,000 salary – depending upon experience

• MUST HAVE Experience Managing Fleet Maintenance Operations
• Strong diesel & technical background
• Must have excellent “Communication & People Skills”
• Must be a “Self-Starter” and Talented Multi-Tasker
• Able to build processes and structure
• Clean driver's license for the past 4 years
• Proven ability to lead and improve teams – Must Have Experience with Leading and Mentoring Several Direct Reports
Must be able to pass basic background check, physical exam, and standard drug screen
