TIG/MIG Combo Welder – 2nd Shift | Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $20/hr (DOE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled TIG/MIG Combo Welder to join our high-performing fabrication team on 2nd shift. If you take pride in clean welds, precision craftsmanship, and building quality products from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to put your expertise to work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform TIG & MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum

• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and weld symbols

• Independently assemble, fit, and weld components to exact specifications

• Apply strong hot/cold welding techniques to ensure structural strength

• Use a plasma torch for cutting and material prep

• Inspect your work for accuracy and consistency

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of TIG/MIG welding experience (stainless & aluminum required)

• Ability to confidently interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience using a plasma torch

• Strong understanding of weld behavior and proper heat control

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work 2nd shift consistently

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
