Pay Details: $17.50 per hour

Overview
Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, all aspects of electronic provider scheduling, medical records and general office support as assigned.Essential Functions
I. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, visitors and staff as needed.- Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments electronically, make appointment reminder calls, verify client demographics, and update data as needed in El-I R,
- Establish electronic client files, review required forms and capture client signatures in EHR system.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and correspondence.
- Collect client fees, prepare deposits, and manage petty cash. 7. Complete all medical records correspondence.
- Handles Patient Assistance Program processes (site specific).
- Attend all team meetings and supervision to facilitate an integrated, multidisciplinary team approach to service.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable WRMH practice standards, guidelines, and HIPAA requirements.
- Encompass WRMH mission, philosophy, code of ethics, vision, principles, and chosen values to support a positive working environment and continuous quality improvement among staff. This includes the expectation that staff is to conduct themselves with respect and dignity within the communities. Staff must maintain a high personal standard of honesty and integrity
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to professionally interact and communicate in person and over the phone.
- Skill in and ability to answer multi-line phone system.
- Skill in and ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Skill in and ability to comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Skill in and ability to accurately account for money collected.
- Ability to maintain a South Dakota driver's license and vehicle liability insurance and safely operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent acceptable experience.
Physical Requirements
Hand and finger dexterity for computer keyboarding. Requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and frequent bending, stooping and light to moderate lifting exerting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone. Must be able to work independently. Requires full range of body motion including handling & assisting clients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
