Senior Accountant

Adecco is actively recruiting for Senior Accountant positions with our client in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and support month-end and year-end close. Additionally, you will assist with budgeting and forecasting, perform variance analysis, provide insights to management, ensure compliance with internal controls, collaborate with auditors and internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Proficiency in Paycom, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and ERP systems preferred

• CPA Certification or progress toward CPA a plus

• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other accounting software

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with some flexibility if needed

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
