1st Shift: 7:30am/8:00am-4:00pm
Primary responsibilities for Quality Technicians include:
Develop and implement inspection and validation techniques to ensure products meet quality requirements at earliest stage of production
Identify needs for new inspection equipment and train team members on proper use; collaborate with Quality Engineer to interpret customer requirements and apply accurate inspection methods
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Quality Inspectors
Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operator quality and support zero-defect objectives
Support development and execution of corrective action plans for both internal and external quality issues
Oversee implementation and progress tracking of First Article Samples
Partner with the Quality Engineer to complete PVE-type deliverables per customer specifications
Deliver new hire and ongoing training to build technical knowledge and enhance performance of cell quality technicians
Serve as a professional point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality matters
Contribute to quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives
May provide supervision to team members, as assigned
Meet visual acuity and vision screening requirements
Support the Quality Engineer with assigned tasks and special projects
Lead or assist in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, such as Gage R&R studies, statistical training, and process validation activities

Pay Details: $21.63 to $31.25 per hour
