Available Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30am/8:00am-4:00pm

Primary responsibilities for Quality Technicians include:

• Develop and implement inspection and validation techniques to ensure products meet quality requirements at earliest stage of production

• Identify needs for new inspection equipment and train team members on proper use; collaborate with Quality Engineer to interpret customer requirements and apply accurate inspection methods

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Quality Inspectors

• Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operator quality and support zero-defect objectives

• Support development and execution of corrective action plans for both internal and external quality issues

• Oversee implementation and progress tracking of First Article Samples

• Partner with the Quality Engineer to complete PVE-type deliverables per customer specifications

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training to build technical knowledge and enhance performance of cell quality technicians

• Serve as a professional point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality matters

• Contribute to quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives

• May provide supervision to team members, as assigned

• Meet visual acuity and vision screening requirements

• Support the Quality Engineer with assigned tasks and special projects

• Lead or assist in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, such as Gage R&R studies, statistical training, and process validation activities

Pay Details: $21.63 to $31.25 per hour
