Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and equipment to perform accurate measurements and tests.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
