Production Line Operator

Adecco is currently recruiting for Production Line Operators in St. Albans, VT. These are temp to hire opportunities that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career!

We currently have openings on DAYS and NIGHTS for Productions Line Operators. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, 7am -7pm OR 7pm – 7am.

Wages for days $21.50 - $23.50/hour and nights $23.65 – $28.20/hour.

Responsibilities of a Production Line Operator:

• Ensure quality of product and packaging
• Follow all HACCP & GMP policies
• Meet or exceed production goals
• Maintain the manufacturing work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Operates packaging equipment on the line
• Responsible for quantity and quality of product; efficiency of the line operation, including downtime, preventative maintenance; small repairs and/or improvements to the line
• Responsible for observing all quality standards on finished product, GMP, and work instructions

Qualifications for Production Line Operator:

• Previous experience with HACCP/GMP/LEAN 5s
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs
• Flexible and willing to work overtime
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to interface with team members

Pay Details: $21.50 to $28.20 per hour
