Responsibilities

• 
  Supervise and coordinate production teams

• Monitor performance and ensure compliance

• Train staff and maintain documentation

• Troubleshoot issues and manage inventory

• Recommend improvements and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma/GED

• 1–2 years of experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Experience in diverse work environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Flexible for cross-shift training

• Strong retention and learning capabilities

Pay Details: $21.50 to $25.00 per hour
