Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing molds, forms, and materials for concrete production
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials or finished products
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing or outdoor environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required
