What You’ll Do:
Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the manufacturing area.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Conduct routine quality checks at the carton level, inspecting materials and finished products for damage and verifying document and label accuracy
Review the Production Plan and material requirements to ensure all machines have adequate supplies for continuous production
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and clear machine faults to minimize downtime
Communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor, assistant supervisor, and Set-up personnel to ensure production material needs are fully met
Perform basic ERP Warehouse Management transactions, including creating Transfer Orders in ERP
Understand basic safety principles, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment
Must be proficient in operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts
Keep common areas clean and maintain a high standard of workplace cleanliness as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively in confined spaces
Basic computer skills required
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Forklift license required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
Must be able to perform fast pace and detailed packaging work
Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOPs and TPs.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
