What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Adecco and Careers?
Under minimal supervision, the CNC Operator operates laser machines to process parts according to blueprint specifications. This role follows established operating procedures while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities
Operate multiple CNC laser machines.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Maintain tooling, equipment, and supplies.
Complete required daily production, quality, and SPC documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and comply with quality policies, specifications, and work instructions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
0–3 years of CNC machine operating experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of basic inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands for grasping and gripping.
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 lbs.
Work performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
