Inspector

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Keene , NH, to hire Roller Inspection Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality control.

Job Title: Roller Inspection Technician
Location: Keene, NH

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate precision gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OOR

• Inspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerances

• Complete visual inspections and final packaging per company standards

• Verify that special processing steps (stability checks, Nital Etch, Magnaflux, etc.) have been completed

• Perform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operations

• Maintain accurate records and follow all inspection documentation procedures

• Train team members as needed and assist with light machine operator duties

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary or trade education preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Experience using measuring tools and gauges preferred

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and maintain quality standards

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
