About the Role
As a Field Project Ambassador, you’ll be the link between homeowners, crews, and management—building relationships, generating leads, monitoring quality, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role suits someone outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both customer engagement and hands-on field work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Engage homeowners, identify opportunities, and foster trust.
Project Start-Up Support: Confirm details on-site and ensure smooth execution.
Quality Monitoring: Visit job sites, document progress, and uphold standards.
Insurance Coordination: Assist with inspections, adjuster meetings, and sample collection.
On-Site Assistance: Tarp roofs, support minor repairs, and resolve issues.
Customer Engagement: Keep clients informed, collect payments, and encourage referrals.
Event Representation: Promote at trade shows and community events.
Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, inspections, and project updates.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma (college degree preferred)
1–2 years in sales, customer service, or construction (remodeling experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with CRM familiarity
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Ability to climb ladders, navigate job sites, and lift up to 50 lbs.
