Pay Details: $20.00 per hour

Schedule & Pay
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Work Days: Monday–Friday
- Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or Overnight
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate crews for jobs from Sunday through Saturday
- Respond to emergency calls and dispatch crews as needed
- Assist coworkers and fellow dispatchers with daily operations
- Use maps and location tools to provide accurate directions and job details
- Support fieldworkers and contractors with questions or concerns
- Forward new business inquiries to the Business Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic geography and map-reading skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Effective listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate record-keeping and data entry
- Professional email communication
Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
