CNC Set Up

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Haverhill, MA to hire a skilled CNC Setup Operator for a split shift position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Position: CNC Setup Operator
Shift: Split Shift – 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper handling and documentation

• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts for quality and accuracy

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime

• Maintain clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards

• Collaborate with production team and supervisors to meet daily production goals and quality standards

• Document machine setup parameters and maintain accurate production records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CNC setup and operation preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
