- 1st Shift: $18.00 – $20.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $20.00 – $23.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: $22.00 – $25.00/hour
Shift Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC mills or lathes according to setup instructions and specifications
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Monitor machine operations and inspect parts during production to ensure quality
- Perform basic in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
- Identify and communicate any irregularities or equipment issues to supervisors
- Keep accurate records of completed work and report any deviations from production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies
- 1 year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods
- Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to both CNC milling and turning operations
- Experience working with various materials including aluminum and stainless steel
- Familiarity with shop math and basic G-code knowledge
- Proven ability to meet production and quality goals
