Assembler – 1st Shift
Location: Boxborough, MA

Pay: $18.00/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Start your next career with a growing manufacturing team in Boxborough! Adecco Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join our client’s 1st-shift production team. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products within assigned cells with moderate supervision

• Follow detailed manufacturing process instructions and documentation

• Maintain strong attention to detail and meet quality expectations (<2000 ppm defect rate)

• Use a variety of mechanical hand tools and equipment (e.g., ultrasonic welders, resistance welders, TIG welders, parts cleaners)

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to follow verbal instructions and interpret bills of materials/prints

• Basic RoHS soldering skills

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Effective communication with peers and supervisors

• Ability to stand for most of the shift

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience

• Experience using testing/calibration tools such as leak testers and calibration devices

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
