What You'll Do
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
- Lead all HR operations including employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Drive full-cycle recruiting across skilled trades and corporate roles
- Build and enhance engagement, onboarding, training, and development programs
- Oversee performance management across field and office teams
- Champion a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and operational excellence
- Manage HR systems, vendors, and multi-site HR processes
- Lead, develop, and scale the HR team and supporting infrastructure
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Background in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments
- Experience working with unionized employee populations required
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated success driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Proven ability to build, scale, and strengthen HR functions and infrastructure
- Comfortable engaging and influencing employees from field-level teams through executive leadership
- Ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with UKG and multi-state HR operations strongly preferred
- Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
- High-visibility role with direct executive exposure and partnership
