Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and prioritization.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members across various functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related logistics.
- Process and track company invoices, maintaining accurate internal spreadsheets.
- Monitor invoice status updates and support the broader team in financial administration.
- Assist in planning and executing internal meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics.
- 3–5 years of experience in senior administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Proven experience within calendar management, scheduling, and office operations support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Concur expense system.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in approach.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
