Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs to align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain salary structures, pay practices, and compensation frameworks
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive pay strategies
- Support annual compensation planning activities including merit increases and adjustments
- Analyze compensation data and assist with pay equity reviews
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership to support workforce and compensation decisions
- Partner with internal teams to support budgeting and workforce cost planning
- Manage benefits and retirement program administration, including vendor relationships
- Lead open enrollment processes and employee communications
- Interpret policies and regulations related to benefits and leave programs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- Provide guidance to leadership and employees on total rewards-related matters
- Support team leadership, including prioritization, coaching, and performance oversight
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards leadership
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, compensation strategy, and pay equity practices
- Experience working with benefits programs, retirement plans, and leave administration
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret workforce and compensation data
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar) are a plus
