Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle, high-volume recruiting for a wide range of roles, from various types of skilled trades to corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Identify and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Coordinate interviews, manage communication with applicants, and support offer processes.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system while monitoring hiring metrics and reporting trends.
- Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and contribute to long-term workforce planning.
- Ensure all hiring practices meet compliance standards and support a strong employer brand.
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, supporting both hourly and salaried roles, including skilled trades positions is required.
- Commercial construction industry knowledge and experience at the agency or corporate level, required.
- College education preferred, but not required.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
